1. How do I book?
To Book with Bounce4Less, simply call us on 086 842 2668 or fill out the booking page on our web-site and click submit and we will be in touch as soon as possible. Alternatively you can text us your booking 086 842 2668 or e-mail us at info@bounce4less.ie There has never been so many ways to book a bouncy castle.

2. How much notice do I need to give you for a booking?
You can book anytime however we recommend to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment, especially if you have preference for a particular inflatable.

3. How much does it cost?

We have all different castles ranging from different prices starting from €100 onwards.

5. What sort of surface do you need for the inflatable?
Inflatables situated outdoors need to be set up on a flat surface preferably a grassy area where the unit can be staked down. We also have sand bags(20 euro surcharge) where stakes are unable to be used. The area must be clear of sharp objects such as rocks etc, not muddy or covered in dog’s mess. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and not install our equipment on unsuitable ground surface. Slides and obstacle courses must be placed on grass only if grass is selected an we deliver an the area is different we will cancel the booking on the spot

6. How long do I get the equipment for?
Most parties/events are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle before 12pm (Or earlier if required), we will then come and take the castle away after your party, (peak season) collections are between 6pm-8pm April-September (Winter Months) October-March collection between 5pm-7pm. Delivery and collection times are at the discretion of the driver if you need the castle to a certain time please select overnight for an additional €30 and we will collect the castle the following morning from 10am onwards but needs to be arranged prior to delivery.

If you have booked a hall for your party we can accommodate special delivery times providing it is confirmed at time of booking.

7. Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required, but if customers feel more satisfied to have a deposit in place, we will be more than happy to oblige.

8. How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery. We do not accept credit card payments or cheques. We only accept payment at time of delivery in cash.

9. What if I need to cancel?
We require as much notice as possible for cancellations. Deposits are non refundable 1 week prior to booking.

10. What if it rains?
All of our castles have built in shower covers so it can still be used in showery conditions. We recommend you leave the castle inflated if it rains, unless its really heavy rain then we would recommend not using them at all for safety reasons.

11. Can you set up on concrete,driveways,decking?
We can set up our castles up on grass, tarmac, or concrete. We use our clip-on sand-bags to weight the inflatables down. There is a 20 euro charge for sandbag hire. We do not supply slides or obstacle courses on hard ground, if grass is selected for larger castles an on delivery its concrete that's an automatic cancellation of the hire.

12. How long does it take to set up, inflate, deflate, pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles takes approximately 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up by our efficient team. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire as larger units and multiple hires take longer.

13. How much space is needed?
We need a 3ft wide clear access to deliver most castles. You will need different amounts of space for each castle so please call us if you are unsure. Please make sure all dog mess, garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture etc are removed from the area where the castle is to be placed. Please note that the inflatables cannot be touching any walls, fencing, garden buildings etc... as these will damage the inflatables.

14. Is there a limit to the number of children that can use the castles at one time?
Yes each castle, slide, obstacle course has a guide printed on the side/front. If you are unsure you can ask our team they will be happy to assist.

15. Are your units clean?
Yes. All our bouncy castles and inflatables are clean. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment. We clean each unit before it goes on hire and spray with child safe sanitizer to kill germs.

16. Can you deliver with no side entrance and take the castle through the house?
Bouncy castles are often bigger and heavier than most people expect, and so to move them we use a trolley. Unfortunately if it should rain, water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed, sometimes on your floor. If any damages occur while we are delivering the equiptment we don't take any responsibility. Please contact us to discuss what options are available to you prior to booking.

17. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
No this is not possible however if it is a very slight grass slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking by calling us on 086 842 2668

18. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
The only thing you will need to supply is electricity. We supply everything else you will need for the castle.

19. Do you supply Generators?
No, there are a huge range of different types of generators for different equiptments so we recommend you go to a tool/generator hire specialist who can advise you.

20. Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.

21. What days are you open?
Our office is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm you can call us on 086 842 2668 or call our landline on 01 697 1390 We do deliveries 7days a week our phone lines are only open at weekends for customers with castles hired out.

22. How much electricity do the air fans consume?
Not very much, usually between €2.00 to €5.00 electric a day. It is important to remember that the inflation fan is kept running all day.

24. Do you hire to adults?
Definitely not! All our units are designed for persons under 16 years. Persons over 16 years are not permitted to use our equipment, and are not insured to use our equipment. Any damage caused to equipment by unauthorised users will be charged to hirer. There are also height restrictions clearly marked on all units which must be adhered to.
