We are a family run business and have many years experience with bouncy castles we have recently bought bounce 4 less we aim to make your hiring experience as enjoyable, hassle free, inexpensive experience as possible for our customers. When we were setting up the business we did a lot of research and listened to our customers feedback in order to give our customers what they want and at a price they are willing to pay. We believe we stand out from the competition in a number of ways. All our units are cleaned and sanitized before each hire. We have a warehouse to dry our castles so you get a nice clean unit where possible sometimes its unavoidable that there may be water still in the base which will cause the castle to be wet on delivery rest assured we wont leave your house until we have the castle dried out. All our castles are fitted with rain covers this doesn't mean when its raining the castle wont get wet it just means that it will hold out some of the rain. When the kids are going on an of the castle they are going to carry a certain amount of water back on the castle from their feet. We advise when its raining to keep the castle inflated as most of the water will just run of the castle an will be easier for the customer to dry of. We provide safety mats with all our units FREE of CHARGE. We have many new castles. All castles are replaced after 3 years in order to give you the customer the most up to date and safest units. All our units are inspected after each hire and any repairs necessary are carried out by our RPII certified repairer before they are hired out again. We only buy new units from the best manufacturers in the business. We do not buy second-hand or cheap units made in countries where the standards wouldn't be upto EN1419 We can provide a receipt or invoice on request for payment unlike many competitors who operate in the black economy. Our deliveries and collections from April-September are deliveries from 7am-12 midday collections are from 6-8 your delivery an collection times are at the discretion of the driver and what is the best route for them unless otherwise agreed previous to delivery. From October-March deliveries are from 7am-12 midday collection is in the evening between 5-7 unless otherwise organised We offer special offers and deals to provide customers with real value for money.
