Our local free delivery areas are Ashtown, Glasnevin, Whitehall and a few surrounding areas. Area like Crumlin, Drimnagh, Walkinstown may occur a delivery charge. If you click on the delivery area it will give you the exact charge for your area. Some areas may incur a bigger charge than others. The bouncy castle has a rain cover sewn into the inflatable. We decided to go with a 11x15 girls castle as it is perfect for girls, if you are deciding on anything girly this is the best castle for you. We are fully insured and can provide insurance documents if needed. We do have the right to refuse to hand out our insurance to prevent fraud so we mostly send insurance directly to the Company or mail the person who has booked this inflatable.

Our bouncy castles are cleaned between every hire as we like going to houses an setting up seeing how impressed our customers are with the excellent condition our castles are in. Set up in the morning usually takes around the ten minute mark. The bouncy castle takes around five minutes to place down and peg into the grass. We will then explain the rules of the bouncy castle an you will previously have signed the terms an conditions online while you made the booking. It only takes less than one minute for the bouncy castle to become fully inflated we usually ask all customers to not let down the inflatable until we arrive back that evening to collect it unless we advise you to do so from a text message after a phone call. Our collections from April-September are from 6-8 your collection times are at the discretion of the driver and what is the best route for them unless otherwise agreed previous to collection. From October-March collection is in the evening between 5-7 unless otherwise organised. We can only guarantee everyone our 1st collection time at 5pm if you need it longer please select overnight to guarantee to keep the castle until the next morning. Our overnight hires are collected the following morning from 10am onwards. If you have opted for multi day hire our deliveries are as follows, Delivery is from 7am-12 Midday. Collection is on the last day of hire at 4pm. All payments is cash on delivery if not already paid for previous to delivery. No castle will be left without payment. Paying on collection is not an option. No money no castle. We are Fully insured with public liability insurance of over 5 million euro also all our electrical equipment gets Pat tested every year.
